Take the M5 southwest, exit the M5 at junction 31 Exeter and take the A30 to Bodmin/ Penzance. When reaching the outskirts of Penzance you will pass the Penzance heliport on your right had side, once past the heliport you will arrive at the by-pass roundabout. Take the first exit off the roundabout on to Eastern Green heading towards Penzance town centre, go strait over the Tesco roundabout still heading towards Penzance town centre. Take the first right onto the B3311 and go underneath the A30 bypass bridge, head towards St. Ives and Follow the B3311 for approx 1.5 miles through the village of Gulval. Exiting Gulval you will start to clime a hill and will pass the entrance for Kenegie Farm and your left hand side, at the brow of the hill you will see the entrance for Kenegie Manor on the left. Then once on the park follow the directions for old court 44 which is at the extreme rear of the park.
